The Mobicash card of ooredoo and Attijari bank is free in all the shops of the brand from March 23rd, 2020. Thus, people will respect the confinement while paying their bills. The unbanked people who do not have a bank card will also have the right to the prepaid card if they associate it to the Mobicash service.
